THE COMPANY
Cuby is a deep-tech construction company based in New York that develops both hardware and software to radically change how homes are built: it operates Mobile Micro-Factories (MMFs) — small, transportable factories that make highly standardized building components on-site or nearby — to dramatically reduce labor, increase speed, and cut costs in home construction.
OUR JOURNEY
The Beginning
We met Aleks Gampel in 2024 through an investor and became friends quickly. He hosted us at his office in New York and we began to help them with small media posts.
The Mini Documentary
In October, 2025, we had the opportunity to film a mini documentary about Cuby to showcase their engineering accomplishments.
Visualizing the Business Model
To translate the Cuby business model from words to visuals, we created an animation to showcase their Micro Mobile Factory.
BRINGING IT TOGETHER
With the footage of their facilities, interviews with the founders and their leading investor, Abdo Hajj from Type One, we were able to put together the video.
